TERMS & LICENSING
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING A MIX OR SUBMITTING A CUSTOM AUDIO REQUEST.

CUSTOM AUDIO EDITING & SERVICE MODEL

Next Level Mix LLC provides custom audio editing, arrangement, speed/pitch manipulation, and structure adjustment services. All fees paid are for the professional editing time, technical expertise, and custom arrangement services rendered.

Clients represent and certify that they hold the legal rights, authorized source audio, or proper ownership required to request editing services for any third-party audio material provided to Next Level Mix LLC.

PERFORMANCE LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS (1-YEAR)

All premade and custom audio tracks delivered by Next Level Mix LLC are provided under a non-exclusive, 1-Year Performance License starting from the date of purchase.

PERMITTED USE
This license grants the purchasing team, studio, or individual the right to use the audio track for routines, rehearsals, showcases, and live competition performances during the active 1-year season.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not sell, resell, redistribute, sub-license, upload to public streaming platforms such as Spotify or Apple Music, or transfer the audio files to third parties or other organizations.
EXCLUSIVITY
Standard mixes are non-exclusive. Permanent or exclusive rights require a separately negotiated written agreement with Next Level Mix LLC.

DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital, downloadable nature of our products and custom service files (.wav / .mp3), all sales are final once digital files have been delivered or downloaded.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS
Digital download links are time-limited in accordance with the download platform's current policies. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased files.
EXPIRED LINKS
If a download link expires, a replacement link may be issued to the email address associated with the original purchase.
ADDITIONAL EDITS
Re-issuing expired links or providing routine edits or modifications for subsequent seasons is subject to standard service or renewal fees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

Next Level Mix LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered audio files, including but not limited to competition disqualifications or venue playability issues.

This agreement and all purchases from Next Level Mix LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
